1) The abortion topic. I want to question the statement Nagel makes up in this context. He says people who think abortion is morally wrong do not think that their reasons for that can justify state power to enforce their beliefs. Does he overlook the fact that they might only be against abortion in general terms but under certain circumstances they would accept it?


2) According to Nagel there are two kinds of defenses of political legitimacy: the convergence and the common standpoint one. Can we discuss this classification?
