Thermodynamik der Gemische (138240-SoSe23)

Willkommen im Moodle-Kurs zur Vorlesung Thermodynamik der Gemische. In dieser Veranstaltung werden zunächst verschiedene Ansätze für die Bestimmung thermodynamischer Zustandsgrößen fluider Reinstoffe und Gemische wiederholt und vertieft. Darauf aufbauend werden Modelle, die für die Berechnung von Stoffdaten komplexer flüssiger Gemische und Phasengleichgewichte vermittelt. Am Ende dieser Veranstaltung verfügen Sie über einen umfangreichen Überblick, welche thermodynamischen Daten und Modelle in der Praxis üblicherweise angewandt werden und wie diese zu bewerten sind. Außerdem werden die notwendigen Kenntnisse vermittelt, die für die Auslegung und Beurteilung von zahlreichen Industrieprozessen, wie beispielsweise von Biodieselraffinerien oder von Erdgasverflüssigungsanlagen wichtig sind.

Welcome to the Moodle course for the lecture Thermodynamics of Mixtures. In this course, different approaches for the determination of thermodynamic properties of pure substances and mixtures are first repeated and deepened. Subsequently, models used for the calculation of properties of complex fluid mixtures and phase equilibria are taught. By the end of this course, you will have a comprehensive overview of which thermodynamic data and models are commonly used in applications and how to evaluate them. In addition, you will gain the necessary knowledge that is important for the design and evaluation of numerous industrial processes, such as biodiesel refineries or natural gas liquefaction plants.
