Ultrafast laser physics 2: generation and applications of ultrashort pulses (141423-SoSe20)

In this course, tech­ni­ques of mo­de­lo­cking and am­pli­fi­ca­ti­on of ul­tras­hort pul­ses will be studied, and an over­view of the la­test sta­te-of-the art in ul­tra­f­ast laser tech­no­lo­gy and their ap­p­li­ca­ti­ons will be given. Tutorials will be mostly based on journal reading and analysis.
