This course will provide an introduction to the general principles of UK Company Law. We are going to start of with examining the differences between Common Law and Civil Law. Once having laid this foundation we are covering the most essential UK Company Law topics (such as Forms of Business Organisation, Corporate Personality, Limited Liability etc.).
