In this blocked seminar we look into the practicality of training pupils on the fundamental aspects of digital literacy. Here, the fundamental aspects of digital literacy involve methods of safe access, analyzing the ways and reasons for engaging with digital media, learning about methods and rights that govern content creation and content sharing on digital media, how to analyze the content of digital media, and act as an active applicant of digital media rather than a passive user. To fulfill the requirements of practicality in the suggested methods, we look into the methods that provide the psychological basis for the trainers to approach pupils and gain their trust and interest for acquiring the necessary education on the fundamental concepts of digital literacy.
