2) The Faustian expression "In the Beginning was the deed" seems to hint at the, at least partially, unconscious acting out of certain patterns of behaviour. Shouldn´t political philosophy in general orient itself towards such a venue of discussion a bit more, as perhaps a plausible way of solving some particular, on the face of it, intractable issues? (The questions is, of course, very general, but I do not expect a precise answer as well)
3) A crucial idea in Rawlsian philosophy is the notion of a reflective equilibrium. Isn´t Williams´critique of unrealism with respect to Rawls a bit exaggerated in this sense ?
