I will try to post my questions, even if I truly disliked the text.
1) In the chapter we were asked to read, the author uses the term polity approximately 400 times (may seem as a joke, but I think it's a close approximation). However, I don't see a clear definition on what he considers it to be (although in page 150 he somehow breaks down the elements). Could you elaborate on what is to be understood in his text as polity?
2) I'm having a real hard time accepting his proposal that even though I was somehow born in the polity, and I didn't choose it voluntarily, I am somewhat compelled to defend it, even as he says, without the need of moral justifications.
