We will slow down a bit and reflect on the idea of political obligation (or "the duty to obey") generaly, but we will also continue with the topic "natural duties to support justc institutions". Please read A. John Simmons (1979) Moral Principles and Political Obligations. Princeton University Press, ch. 6. pp. 143-156. I also recomend reading Ch. 1 and 2. of the same book or the entry on Political obligation from the Stanford Enciclopedia of Philosophy. For those of you who are interested, read also G. Klosko, "Political Obligation and the Natural Duties of Justice" and/or Jeremy Waldron´"Special Ties and Natural Duties".
