Civil disobedience is legitimate when unjust situations occur in a nearly just society. I dont really understand how a society which is almost just needs cd to cope with problems of unjustice. Are there not enough tools? (demonstrate etc.)

I cannot see the arguing behind many statements. According to Rawls conscription is only permissible if it is used to defend liberty itself. What does "defend liberty itself" even mean?
