The aim of Practice Module D, the CityLab, in the third semester is to enable students to put into practice the theoretical and methodological skills they have learned in the previous modules of the SEOS programme (A and B Modules), particularly with regard to identifying and addressing relevant superdiversity challenges in different contexts by building together an interdisciplinary approach. The CityLab process is also an opportunity for the students to acquire and develop skills related to engaged research as well as to connect with potential stakeholders that deal with intersectional aspects of diversity and inequalities in specific contexts, which can be useful for the master thesis (module E).
