    International Welcome Day – Campus Tour
    October 8, 2026 | 11:00–15:00 | SSC & Campus
    Our Campus Guides will take you on a tour of the RUB campus. They will introduce you to the different faculties, show you important places on campus, and help you get to know your new study environment in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The tour is a great opportunity to discover the university and meet new people at the same time.

    International Welcome Day – Official Reception
    October 15, 2026 | 16:00–18:00 | UFO (Uni Forum)
    One week later, we will officially welcome all new international students to RUB. At UFO, the RUBiss team will greet you warmly and make sure you feel at home from the very beginning. This reception is a wonderful chance to meet fellow students, get to know the RUB community, and celebrate the start of your studies together.
