This module aims at introducing the participants to the economics of migration and consist of both a lecture and a seminar. In the lecture, the participants are introduced to the basic theoretical and empirical concepts of the main topics of the economics of migration. The students will then be assigned to summarize and to present major publications on the economics of migration in order to deepen the knowledge obtained through the lecture. The course is taught in English. The exam and the term paper can be written in either English or German.
