In this course "Biophysical Chemistry I" in SoSe2022, we introduce several biophysical techniques, including the following topics:

- Protein structures
- Molecular interactions
- Computational approaches
- X-ray diffraction
- Experimental techniques (CD spectroscopy, ITC, ...)
- Fluorescence theory
- Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET)
- Super-resolution microscopy

The course is hybrid (combination of online and face-to-face), contains lectures, exercises, and seminars with presentations by students.

The first lecture with introduction will be given via Zoom on Monday 11.04.2022, starting at 9:00 a.m.
