For science and societies to thrive, it is critical for scholars to freely and responsibly ask critical questions. But what happens when critical scientific questions become dangerous questions or even questions that are too dangerous to ask? What happens to students and scholars who ask those questions?

Together as students, researchers and as part of the higher education community we will discuss and collaboratively act upon these core questions by realising our own human rights advocacy campaigns for wrongfully imprisoned scholars, further (international) human rights and science organisations as well as other SaR Advocacy Seminars around the world.
