This practical seven-day course will teach students about the topics of web- and browser security from the perspective of a professional penetration-tester.

While web- and browser-security on their own are already quite relevant of a topic, the combination of those is inevitable to be digested for gaining both a broader and a deeper understanding on how security and privacy in the modern web work.

The lecture will focus on delivering practical knowledge about real-life threats, vulnerabilities and attacks, enriched with anecdotes and stories about actual attacks against actual targets. The course is exclusively aimed at students of the IT-Security curriculum.
