Intercultural Skills for Engineering Students

Online Workshop: Introduction to intercultural competence in academic and professional life

December 10^th & 11^th 2020 (Thursday & Friday) 2:00 – 5:00 pm, ZOOM

This workshop consists of two major parts: Firstly, an introduction to intercultural theory is given and its relevance for engineering students in their academic and everyday life is emphasized. The second part focuses on the practical implementation of intercultural skills in the professional lives of engineers by working on practical case studies and critical incidents.

The workshop is open for international and German students enrolled in any study programme of the engineering faculties who are interested and/or involved in international and intercultural topics. Participation will be awarded with a certificate.
