The module Methodology and Research Methods provides students with a solid background for research and writing of their master thesis. Basic concepts of scholarly research – such as theories and methods – are as much part of the course as are specific research methods. The focus is on qualitative research methods with additional sessions on quantitative methods and on methods in law. Further, students will receive instructions on how to structure and write their master thesis. This will enable the students to further elaborate the topic of their master thesis.
